IBC™ Certification or Innerland Coach™?
If you have prior experience or training as a life or executive coach, counsellor, social worker, therapist, consultant, or as some other professional in similar fields you can get IBC™ Certified. If you do not have previous coaching experience you can sign up to the Innerland Coach™ program.
IBC™ Certification
The full IBC Certification for prior coaches consists of four sets of two-day workshops that are offered fully online. These two-day workshops are required to be taken in sequence and within no more than two years Nevertheless, these courses can also be taken in isolation for personal learning purposes only.
After completing the first two-day program participants can refer to themselves “IBC informed”. Full certification will be awarded after the completion of levels one to four.

CERTIFICATION PREREQUISITES
This program is for coaches, counsellors, social workers, therapists, consultants, or other professionals in similar fields that already have experience holding space for clients supporting them towards their goals. If you do not have previous training, ask us about out Innerland Coach™ program.

Be fully present in the online session without distractions and with your camera on. Participation and presence are an important part of the training.
Innerland Coach™
If you have no previous training in supporting others, you can become an Innerland Coach™ by completing two yearly Innerland Immersion programs. This Coaching validation consists of 400 hours of training and practice that will give you the confidence to be able to support and facilitate others in their process of transformation and alignment. This program offers full training and certification on IBC. This program is available to most individuals regardless of professional background or previous training.
